1. Service Agreement

By engaging Joe's Maintenance, LLC. for handyman, electrical, HVAC, or related services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided throughout Maricopa County by licensed professionals.

2. Services Provided

Joe's Maintenance, LLC. provides the following services:

• HVAC services and installation
• Electrical services and repairs
• Plumbing services
• Construction and carpentry
• Professional painting
• General home repairs and maintenance

3. Scheduling and Estimates

We provide free estimates for all projects. Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to provide accurate time estimates but may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances or additional work discovered during service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms:

• Payment is due upon completion of work
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Additional work beyond the original estimate requires approval
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Warranty and Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from completion. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by others. Parts and materials may carry separate manufacturer warranties.

6. Liability and Insurance

Joe's Maintenance, LLC. is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for property damage and personal injury during service delivery.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and clear access to work areas
• Securing pets during service visits
• Disclosing any known hazards or safety concerns
• Being present or having an authorized representative available

8. Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled with 24-hour notice without penalty. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a service charge. Emergency services are subject to different terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Arizona state law.
